Communication needs to be a lot better
Everything including the managers get high at work
A store manager that doesn't play favorites. A store manager that listens to and supports their management staff
Good LOL I like working for browns it's a good company to work for
Health insurance and retirement plans
I wish we could at least get free food or ice cream with our cards.

There is no bonus program for some management even though the work load is larger.

I truly feel like the work I put in is not recognized or even appreciated most days. It bothers me personally to see someone bullied and that is what's happening to the night shift manager. It has become a hostile work environment. Due to our store manager. Our leader.
I definitely feel undervalued. I work really hard harder than most management and still have not gotten a store of my own and I am way underpaid for the amount of job that I do. I work in the position of four different people at one time and don't make enough money,
The job is understaffed and i am expected to work two shifts while on the job and stay longer when not sceduled longer
Clarissa Wagnon gives special treatment to her favorite employees, magority of them being hispanic. She schedules the same people every week and they get hours but most employees have way less hours or none at all. It would make me feel better if there was decent human with common sense in charge.

Everybody is super fun to work with and we all get along fairly well.
Review from Operations Dept
My team knows when to step up and is always prepared.
They are good employees they work hard and I work hard too I try to help them out as much as I can
Mostly kind and easy to make friends
We try to help each other
Be nice and do their jobs
Coworkers need to be reprimanded and held accountable. The store manager needs to allow the managers on duty to reprimand employees. If they don't want to do what is asked they can go home for example.
Respect people, be kind, and calm down. To much stress
communication and treating each other with respect
Review from Sales Dept
They need to work on upkeeping cleanliness.
Almost everyone has a good attitude! All of us try our hardest to do good work.
Review from Operations Dept
It's not impossible to reach out to people in management. Requests for time off, although always unpaid for part time employees, are almost always accepted unless it's a major holiday that they've already accepted too many requests for.
We keep things clean and tidy
Just my team not my manager
The guests. That's it. The guests
Allow proper breaks for each employee
Apprecating hard workers and letting them kniw you care
Old time senior employees still must respect and abide by policies and management
The fun questions they ask
It was quick and simple. My manager is always so eager to hire new faces that we don't even need resumes.
Review from Operations Dept
I never had an interview...
The positivity and the fact that they were willing to take me in knowing I had a disability
It was only 5 minutes. Not much to judge.
Actually interview people. Stop hiring on the spot.
Better questions and more things
If it were more self explanatory.
They wanted me to be manager since day one. I never applied for the position and they trained me for about every position in order for me to transfer to it without me knowing. They sold the position I'm in currently (not manager luckily), which was a red flag- seeing its poor condition.
My company could improve their interviewing process by making sure the person doing the interview is professional and speak on the job and it's functions verses speaking about themselves

Getting to serve local customers and make them happy.
Review from Operations Dept
Staying busy, moving on my feet is what prevents me from dying out on a shift.
Seeing the smiles on customers faces
My good coworkers whenever a customer is nice to me for once
Learn respect and how to treat people
I was hired with a disability and promised that I would be taking care of and given hours and the exact opposite is happening
we are broke we need more monwy
Place is always dirty and not well managed
What's going wrong is that staff are having to think like managers. That upper managers don't see what's going wrong when it's standards are low in a daily basis- until inspectors come in or corporate. No one wants to work when everyone calls out and all you get is a pat in the back for it.
