The honesty and commetment to their teams

Most days management is light hearted, willing to work with you and flexible. Only complaint is that management does not appear to be able to be stern and enforce policy and discipline as appropriate and needed across the board.

Good person and respectful one

The Gm and most managers are super helpful

They seem to be very organized and they never asked you to do something that they're not willing to do. I've always felt like that goes a long way

our new store manager makes an effort to share info

that they are here for you when you need them the most!

The team is divided into multiple managers which I can go to with my work issues.

They really train young employees thoroughly teaching valuable skills whether they make careers with the company, which are very attainable and rewarding, or take with them elsewhere

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication needs to be a lot better

Everything including the managers get high at work

A store manager that doesn't play favorites. A store manager that listens to and supports their management staff

Working to gether folling braums way and being nice to team and customer

Treating the employees like Humans

Not spreading rumors about other employees or talking about private matters that should only be kept between management. Giving more compliments instead of only complaints. More safety instructions for when incidents happen instead of not reporting them management should be more informed on the rule

Talking to new hires with respect they talk to eachother amd about coworkers as if they were still in highschool and talk about each other

Listening to employers & not showing favortisiom

tbh a lot of things

CONSISTENT PROGRESSIVE DISCIPLINE & store mgmt should support each other- not undermine

The middle mgmt that actually works the floor with employees & customers have no support. The hands of most are tied by GM and discipline is not imposed on employees. Makes miserable environment and the role flips and employees have all the leverage with no consequences

Definatly needs a new AOM

Listening to people and helping them when they dont feel safe in the workplace.

Walk the talk, employ better managers.

1. Lists of what to do for over all maintainance of the store 2. Proper breaks for all 3. Computer training first 4. Have managers train new employees (not leave them with busy staff who don't know how to properly train) 5. Make a HR poster available - staff think you have to call.

Treatment of workers, especially the younger workers.
