What are some of the best things about your team?

They are good employees they work hard and I work hard too I try to help them out as much as I can

Mostly kind and easy to make friends

We try to help each other

We relate with work problems and have shared trauma of being mistreated by our managaer Clarissa Wagnon. Most of us are a good team when we work together unless we are being yelled at by Clarissa.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Be nice and do their jobs

Coworkers need to be reprimanded and held accountable. The store manager needs to allow the managers on duty to reprimand employees. If they don't want to do what is asked they can go home for example.

Respect people, be kind, and calm down. To much stress

They need to work on upkeeping cleanliness.

My co workers all subordinates. I need to have upper mgmt support instead of cutting my throat. Try to impose basic rules like coming to work on time, no profanity, get off cell phone - basics but the employees do as please because they know no consequences. Makes you feel foolish
