What do you exception of one or maybe two people everyone seems to get along great and if someone's shorthanded we step up and help. And we have fun

Coworkers need to be reprimanded and held accountable. The store manager needs to allow the managers on duty to reprimand employees. If they don't want to do what is asked they can go home for example.

Crew members, cooks, market workers should not be allowed to curse or tell any manager what to do, when to do it, threaten or harass management. Discipline needed

My co workers all subordinates. I need to have upper mgmt support instead of cutting my throat. Try to impose basic rules like coming to work on time, no profanity, get off cell phone - basics but the employees do as please because they know no consequences. Makes you feel foolish
