I never had an interview...
The positivity and the fact that they were willing to take me in knowing I had a disability
It was only 5 minutes. Not much to judge.
That it seemed like it would be a great place to work but its not and that you get raises but i have been at braums for a year now and have not seen a raise
I loved the understanding and respect
And if I had questions they help me answer them they were very helpful in that

In person face to face
Actually interview people. Stop hiring on the spot.
Better questions and more things
If it were more self explanatory.
They wanted me to be manager since day one. I never applied for the position and they trained me for about every position in order for me to transfer to it without me knowing. They sold the position I'm in currently (not manager luckily), which was a red flag- seeing its poor condition.
My company could improve their interviewing process by making sure the person doing the interview is professional and speak on the job and it's functions verses speaking about themselves

It is more a conversation _ In the five years I've been with Braums it appears the warmest body is hired. Five manager failures could have been prevented by more structure screening.
