Could be a great pkace to work and has potential; however when policy & discipline is not applied evenly or at all it causes problems. Managers are afraid to impose any progressive discipline to correct out of control behaviors because they would rather have a body there than no one.

When i see my regular customers and they say hi and remember my name and acknowledge me as a person
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most days management is light hearted, willing to work with you and flexible. Only complaint is that management does not appear to be able to be stern and enforce policy and discipline as appropriate and needed across the board.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently the night and morning supervisors paid differently. I have been both. Braums believes for some reason the night supervisor job is harder & therefore this job pays a minimum of .50 cents more an hour and gets monthly bonus on sales. Morning supervisor paid less not eligible for bonus
