Terrible night management Did not know how to handle their staff, let alone the twisted comments and drama and bullying that was happening on night crew I reported it several times along with several others and nothing has been fully done about the situation. What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not spreading rumors about other employees or talking about private matters that should only be kept between management. Giving more compliments instead of only complaints. More safety instructions for when incidents happen instead of not reporting them management should be more informed on the rule
