Leadership team listens to feedback. They are open and honest. They give all the employees freedom and flexibility to get the work done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary was a bit lower than I was expecting. But at the same time, this is a startup. Leadership team is working fixing this as they can.
