Everyone on my team is so human and reaches out regularly to check in. I feel like I'm part of something here.

I am trusted to take on tasks that weren't initially in my job description. There's nobody stopping you if you want to try out something new.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Mine went so fast and the people I met sold me on the job. 1.5 years later, I'm still so grateful that I went through those interviews and got the job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team cares about each of their employees and they look to us for opinions & expertise. They trust the people they hire and check in on us to make sure we're doing okay. The Brex leadership team is my favorite among all the companies I've worked for.
