Benefits every expensive and not user friendly

Out of pocket expenses for benefits is not competitive.

Compensation was not based on skill set or experience.
Better benefits, generous education benefits, stock options.

The team is fun, smart, and hardworking

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a wellness wednesday each month
People genuinely want to help and do good work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Remove the executive leadership team in total.
The mostly male executive team needs to learn to live their mission.
Executive team has no interest in correcting issues in the old boys club.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Met a lot of people on my team
Straight forward, quick turn around.
Too many interviews conducted. Makes interviews difficult to arrange.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
7 interviews is excessive and a time burden.
What makes you most happy at work?
Collaboration with my team is great
The ability to make an impact on healthcar.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Directory issues, delayed claims payments, ID cards not received.
Claims are not paid timely or accurately, care partners do not get enough support.
