BrightBytes has a very diverse environment. It is one of the most diverse environments I have worked in K12
In regards to gender diversity, the company as a whole is pretty diverse. Not so much when you drill down to individual departments. Engineering is about 8% female. Product is 100% male. Design is 100% female. Customer success is 100% female. In regards to racial diversity, it is above average. Any diversity in the company as a whole happened organically and is non intentional.

Great office perks and positive vibe. Mission driven culture that impacts the office vibe positively.

What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at BrightBytes?
Nothing really. Interviews were mostly conversational. Only time consuming part was the written assignment which seemed a bit much for an entry-level role, but it was easy.

Fast and always feeling like we're running from one goal to the next.
