- What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone on my team is an interdependent operator, each handling their own piece of the machine. There is space for open discussion, feedback, as well as fun time. There is a real sense of camaraderie in my team.

- What would you most like to see improved at your company?New leadership with a clue about what the company needs and what the industry needs.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?No one trusts the CEO or her people. It's super awkward to sit at those company meetings and pretend we're ignorant to what's going on.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team seems to be unclear about general direction of the company. As a result of the constant ambiguity, they provide little to no help to managers and employees. There is a tendency to cut from the bottom up, rather than reflect on the weaknesses within leadership.
