The leadership team is always looking on improving what is happening with the company and changing times. Everyone seems to be committed to understanding what everyone's pain points are, and acknowledge all the hard work everyone is putting in.

The leadership team seems to be unclear about general direction of the company. As a result of the constant ambiguity, they provide little to no help to managers and employees. There is a tendency to cut from the bottom up, rather than reflect on the weaknesses within leadership.

Leadership brings in new people at higher salaries than current, more experienced employees make. It sends a message that moving around is the only way to make more.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone on my team is an interdependent operator, each handling their own piece of the machine. There is space for open discussion, feedback, as well as fun time. There is a real sense of camaraderie in my team.

Each team has a lot going for it. The problems are at the executive level.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is always holding each other up

Responsiveness to concerns or feedback; as long as an employee raises the issue or red flag appropriately, the team will respond. Also love the culture of learning we facilitate, though it is less consistent lately.
