Being respected, paid fairly, having the option to work remote and ability to control my schedule

solving complex customer issues in a very cool way with Video

Working on cross-functional projects and getting exposure to other lines of the business

Leaving at the end of the day.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Figure out what the strategy is or if leadership knows, man up and communicate it.

Losing key people and management doesn't care. HR is a total joke.

Long hrs and grumpy engineers and operations staff. No one seems happy to be there. It's a grind.

Exciting products, smart people, great work environment.
