Clarity and right focus on tech

New leadership team is only interested in hiring people they’ve worked with before, none of whom have any knowledge of

They need to get better at being leaders.

Accountability and transparency. We just keep hearing "we need to make hard choices." You burn people out with having approach resources and wonder why key people leave. You have cut too deep and by the way how about having an approved budget before a 1/4 of the way through the year.

No clear vision or strategy. Company has been influx for over a yr. Leadership is in remote locations and rarely present.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Serious gender pay equity disparity issues between roles.

Long tenure and good performance but lack of respect.

Base salary is just OK. Bonus doesn’t get paid out because company never makes its targets. Stock compensation is laughable. HR

More generous and frequent RSU grants. Better benefits. Individual bonus in addition to company-wide bonus.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Leadership doesn’t lead they just look for scapegoats or people to point at for their failures. Lower level workers are encouraged to back bite one another and throw people under the bus for things they didn’t

Boss is from non video space - needs to be trained

Teams are still in silos. You have a clear deliver between the Scottsdale and Boston teams. Your CTO is non-existent to his staff.

There is a lot of talking about working together but people are still stuck in their silos.

Figure out what the strategy is or if leadership knows, man up and communicate it.

Losing key people and management doesn't care. HR is a total joke.

Long hrs and grumpy engineers and operations staff. No one seems happy to be there. It's a grind.
