Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better compensation will make me feel better. Also, no more unrealistic deadlines.

Given the years of experience I have and my long term association with the company, it's high time I get an onsite opportunity or a compensation package equivalent to my onsite colleagues to justify the value of work I do.
Undervalued - "Not getting paid as per role and responsibilities". Feel Better - "Timely salary increments will help boost employee moral".
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good strength.. but need to level up
