If we were actually paid what we are worth for actually putting our lives on the line every day for EVERYONES money. COPS dont think we get paid enough for what we do If we we're paid for the risk we take and listened to about the bad policy that would be great

Corporate needs to stop maximizing profits over employees. If they were to take criticism of the policy and change the bad with with actual input from the people making them money, that would be a start. Oh and start paying us more
beter pay and to pay overtime what they do is illegal
Higher pay to attract more people to the work.
you have to do all this extra stuff for bad pay and they dont pay overtime which is illegal
Too many deliveries and pickups are late but to route overload.
