Mr. Marshall served as Vice President of The Brink's Company since September 15, 2008 until September 16, 2016 and served as its Chief Human Resources Officer since July 22, 2016 and Secretary from June 2012 to November 2013. He served at The Brink's Company, where he served as an Assistant General Counsel from 2000 to September 2006 and also served as its Corporate Secretary and Director-Corporate Governance and Compliance. He served as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of Tredegar Corp., from October 2, 2006 to September 05, 2008. He served as an Associate at the law firm of Hunton & Williams LLP from 1996 to 2000, where he advised public and private companies regarding mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and other corporate matters. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. Mr. Marshall is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
