Richard Badgley — Senior VP & Chief People Officer at Brinker International

Mr. Richard Badgley, also known as Rick, has been the Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President of Brinker International, Inc. since July 18, 2016. Mr. Badgley has extensive global hospitality and retail experience to Brinker, having held leadership positions at TOMS, Starbucks Corporation and Wyndham Worldwide. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Talent Management and Retail for TOMS. In this role, Mr. Badgley was responsible for all aspects of talent globally, which ranged from recruitment to talent and succession planning to employee experience, as well as, TOM's brick and mortar strategy, which included the construction, design, experience and operations of new stores globally. Prior to that, Mr. Badgley served as Vice President of Global Staffing and Learning for Starbucks Corporation where he led functional training, leadership development, organizational development, recruitment technology, selection methodology, talent acquisition and workforce planning.
