They always support the staff. They are well prepared.
They're absolutely great Team effort at it's finest.
They considerate and compassionate people
Review from Operations Dept
They support their team most of the time and tell us when we do something wrong to correct it before it becomes a problem.
good, but people quit often or are fired
Give yearly reviews to your employees
Training and getting more involved with team members
They need to get better managers
Listening to peoples emotions and actually caring about the customers
Following the rules and being respectful.
Salary is competitive with market
Its all at industry standards
Review from Operations Dept
The 5p% discount at all Brinker locations and Perk Spot is very nice.
The pay is ok could be better
I am paid biweekly on time as promised.
Better pay for the job and more attentive to the to the store and have them actually act more like managers and no preference on workers
Better pay. Better schedule. Better treatment. Show respect to employees.
I was told I would get a raise when i learned my first station on the line, and i was lied to.
I needed more hours and was told by Jeremy Pope I would get more hours. He asked me to turn down a job because he wanted to give me more hours and when I did he only gave me a few extra hours . Nowhere near full time. I don't believe I'm receiving my 3% sales tips or that they're not reporting it.
I feel undervalue because when I do work I give my all to my guests and coworkers. Higher pay rate and recognition will definitely make me feel better for all of us
They ate all nice people.
Enthusiasm and helping when needed
Communication, caring for one another and helping each other
They try their best to make the restaurant work
Best peoole in the industry until GMs ruin the culture. Losing prople who have been with the company for 15+ years due to inefficiency and inequality
Follow protocols and show up to work.
People need to quit being lazy. People need to get off their phones and do their jobs.
They need to care about other people and not just about themselves
They're lazy and under trained
Review from Operations Dept
They should help create a conducive enviroment
All of the people are nice
The cooks are very accommodating.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Not much is positive. But I do like a few of my co-workers.
Enthusiasm to do the job
I really wanted to say both positive and negative. Most positive is that we do have certain managers that cares about their job and the well-being of their employees
Diversity and inclusion, better HR department
Review from Operations Dept
You have 2 boards with out duties and dress code, what good are they when not even the GM and managers follow it. for example the servers are wearing Doc martins, fine right, nope they do not have the correct restaurant sole but they wear them anyway, dress code, jewelry, watches, etc..POLICY
Incorporate better processes. There is a lot of waste in IT. Projects are repeated do to spectacular failure because poor financial decisions are made.
Favoritism is evident. Management needs to be held accountable for their action as team members are.
Review from Operations Dept
Perhaps a new management that has some refreshing values and actually cares about their employees and not about how much money they can or do make just by pointing a finger.
Review from Sales Dept
Fast and easy. Original manager was great.
I interviewed with a different team that runs my store. Everyone was polite, respectful, and kind. Management today is rude, crass, and not likeable. Continues to fire good employees and let their drig dealers reamin on staff.
Honestly the manager was very straightforward
Friendly & encouraging. Excited about starting.
My assistant manager who did my interview was great and reall made you want to be part of this company
To be more professional, more structured and prioritized
Hire correct employees with good attitudes
Interview process is not the problem. Being trained on any level is the issue
To go to work without anxiety
Interacting with and helping customers
Seeing the people that dont scream and yell because they arent getting enough tables
Whenever it's easy and people are working hard and helping each other get through the day. When it's bad, it gets really bad.
Cooking for the customers satisfaction.
I'd need a lot more than 300 words to explain everything wrong with it.
Proper training for front and back of the house
Getting better management team please
This question is irrelevant. Corporate doesn't take into account their employees concerns. The same bad ADs, GMs, management teams will be leading the same restaurants in the next 6 months.
More training for managers on how to speak with their employees.
direction and future plans/strategy
