Training could be better for all team members Cleaning during work shifts could be better and gossiping amongst management to team members could be better. Equipment could be cleaned better and cleaning procedures during shift of equipment could be better.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I needed more hours and was told by Jeremy Pope I would get more hours. He asked me to turn down a job because he wanted to give me more hours and when I did he only gave me a few extra hours . Nowhere near full time. I don't believe I'm receiving my 3% sales tips or that they're not reporting it.
