They try their best to make the restaurant work

Best peoole in the industry until GMs ruin the culture. Losing prople who have been with the company for 15+ years due to inefficiency and inequality

The best part of my team is the 4 people that treat me with respect unlike the rest of the managers and my coworkers.

I get along with all of the front there so sweet. The back is pretty cool but I get scared when one of them start throwing. Stuff and slamming stuff.

They are all excellent human beings, except for manager Eduardo

The teammates who worked under my lead were amazing and always willing to help and support where needed .

Strong workers, friendly, great personalities

Willingness to help each other.

Positive reinforcement in the way of verbal achievements or in treats every once and a while.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Follow protocols and show up to work.

People need to quit being lazy. People need to get off their phones and do their jobs.

They need to care about other people and not just about themselves

They're lazy and under trained

Review from Operations Dept

They should help create a conducive enviroment

We have no meeting anymore. They cost too much money for the company to lay

Need to stop gossiping about everyone around them and just get the job done. I can't trust anyone at work

Break up the cliques. Stop the backbiting Change management.
