Respecting their employees, handling issues in a mature and professional manner, communicating when they plan to terminate someone to the person directly, as opposed to telling other employees

Makimg the schedule fair, instead of scheduling 3 people 4-5 shifts a week and other people 1 shift.

You preach we set you up for success, Quit lying,we struggle every day with bad equipment and this should not happen, billion dollar company? our restaurant mgrs are just there for a check, they rarely help when we need it, bar flies, quit making bar tenders managers, you need cooks as mngrs.

To be on the floor, helping the front and bsck of the house. Not sitting in rhe office or packing bread but talking to guests snd being there for employees

Caring about the employees that work here

They foster cliques and elitest mentalities. Gossip and rumor spreading are the dominant cultures. Lots of unqualified people in key positions.

Holding team members/managers accountable. Being direct and not passive aggressive. Confiscate employees for past work/travels. Reply to email and phone calls.
