Brinker International Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Fast and easy. Original manager was great.

Honestly the manager was very straightforward

Friendly & encouraging. Excited about starting.

My assistant manager who did my interview was great and reall made you want to be part of this company

You set your own interview

Review from Operations Dept

How quickly I was hired

Not to sure how to answer that one because we live in a small town and everyone knows almost everyone.

You get to meet more then 1 manager

Review from Customer Success Dept

They get down a lot of info

Communication, and the will to get me on board

It was over 3 years ago. I don't remember

I met two managers not just one.

Review from Sales Dept

They took the time to sit down with me and actually talk.

Review from Sales Dept

Can't remember. It was a long time ago.

Review from Sales Dept

They like it when you have experience but they also like when you dont because we can build someone up from nothing

Review from Sales Dept

The interview process was easy and casual

I had several interviews and follow ups were consistent. When I was told someone would call on a certain date they did. I liked meeting my team, who had a say in the person being hired

I interviewed with a different team that runs my store. Everyone was polite, respectful, and kind. Management today is rude, crass, and not likeable. Continues to fire good employees and let their drig dealers reamin on staff.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

To be more professional, more structured and prioritized

Hire correct employees with good attitudes

Interview process is not the problem. Being trained on any level is the issue
