When I first started working there I really enjoyed coming to work, but now after 4 years later I just found out ToGo Specialist only get $12 top pay even though I'm a Trainer also. What's the purpose training if we can't be compensated. We do all the hard work with little pay. Unheard of

I really wanted to say both positive and negative. Most positive is that we do have certain managers that cares about their job and the well-being of their employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalue because when I do work I give my all to my guests and coworkers. Higher pay rate and recognition will definitely make me feel better for all of us
