I love the culture at BMS. They treat employees at all levels with respect. The only con I have experienced so far is the cost of the insurance plans and the high deductibles that those plans carry.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stocks are not available at all levels. Insurance premiums and deductibles need improvement. As a major pharmaceutical company they could do better with regard to medical benefits.
