They change the annual bonus structure yearly it seems. Which means less bonus payout. They hire alot of people and then let a lot of people go. THey promote growth but where is the growth. Seems to be a dead end job. Working here puts you back in the mindset of being in high school.

What did you like most about the interview process?
When I was interviewed it was by people I respected. Now the interview process is they let anyone join. Once hire senior members have to babysit the new people.
