they value transparency and strive to always be approachable and available

being 26 and having good insurance! I just ordered contacts and paid 1/3 what I did last year at a different job

we communicate what we need from each other instead of just assuming that our teammates know. We are all really good listeners.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is allowed to be themselves - people feel like fully actualized people with personalities and quirks instead of Buildout Robots. Also, everyone's opinion matters
What makes you most happy at work?
working at a company that values me for who I am and what I can contribute, and makes me feel like I am personally valuable, not just someone who is replaceable. Also everyone is really weird and fun
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was clear cut - it felt like I wasn't being asked questions for question's sake, but that they were objectively trying to figure out whether or not I can do the job. However, employees should not be asked to advocate for their partners during the interview process.
