What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone here is weird in some way shape or form and we all know this. There isn't a stigma to being yourself and interacting informally and honestly with everyone
My immediate team is rock solid. Each of us is a leader in our own way.
I love my team. Everyone is comfortable with politely challenging each other and arguing in a respectful way.
we communicate what we need from each other instead of just assuming that our teammates know. We are all really good listeners.
