What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Buildout is an open - but grounded - place. It's very casual and the culture is fun, but responsibility is still vital. There are many paths to success here

We work hard and have a lot of fun while we do it.

This is a place where you feel comfortable and safe being yourself

everyone is allowed to be themselves - people feel like fully actualized people with personalities and quirks instead of Buildout Robots. Also, everyone's opinion matters

All of the different ways we find to have fun and work together
