I liked how it was a cross-team interview - I met a lot of team leads and got a handle of how the process works

I got to meet with all levels of people in the company. CTO, CRO, VP of Sales, Account Executive, SDR ( Current Role)

They took a lot of time to go into depth about what the product is and how a typical user engages with it

it was clear cut - it felt like I wasn't being asked questions for question's sake, but that they were objectively trying to figure out whether or not I can do the job. However, employees should not be asked to advocate for their partners during the interview process.

The transparency. Felt more like a fluid conversation vs an interview.

The people and culture. The product is good, too!

I like that I am able and encouraged to work cross-functionally across different teams and that I'm trusted with finding my own solution to the complex issues facing our business and our customers
