Out of 19 Built Technologies employee reviews, 63% were positive. The remaining 37% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping Built Technologies improve their work culture.
Communication, defining expectations, listening to employees needs and concerns, and taking the idea of a positive culture beyond lipservice.
Leadership does not value any of its employees, they treat them as a means to an end. Listening to what employees actually want and need out of their workplace would do wonders, and so would valuing employee contributions, regardless of whether or not its just considered "doing their job."
Leadership here is so afraid of feedback the COO and HR team removed anonymity from internal surveys and continue to ban 360 reviews for the E-Team. Ethics here are so poor I would not be surprised if the de-anonymized feedback is used to target employees in the next round of layoffs

Culture is an idea at Built, not a practice. It's clear that the CEO - and therefore his direct team - cares more about the business than the people making it work. It's very much a "your salary is your recognition" environment, which works for some people, but not for all, by far.
Culture, culture, culture! It's currently nonexistent, at best.
