What are some of the best things about your team?Employees are hard-working and want the company to succeed. Hard to maintain this positive attitude with ineffective leadership and low recognition.
What are some of the best things about your team?I enjoy working with the people I get to work with. I feel like I am doing valuable work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?I feel like my efforts are appreciated and recognized by my manager and leadership.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Leadership here is so afraid of feedback the COO and HR team removed anonymity from internal surveys and continue to ban 360 reviews for the E-Team. Ethics here are so poor I would not be surprised if the de-anonymized feedback is used to target employees in the next round of layoffs
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Culture, culture, culture! It's currently nonexistent, at best.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication, defining expectations, listening to employees needs and concerns, and taking the idea of a positive culture beyond lipservice.
