What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct management is great.
Down to earth people who have high, but realistic expectations. Willing to roll up their sleeves and work together.
The leadership is extremely available and responsive, even to people in lower positions at the company.

Pay for performance - do amazing work and you get rewarded for it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
better salaries would be great - they are not bad now but more average rather than competitive.

Comp is good but like everything could be a bit better. Ultimately wouldn't change it if it would mean changing the culture or the fun things we are doing
Stop throwing darts at a board for anything that's not software and sales.

Genuinely want to help each other, willing to go above and beyond for the sake of the team.

Lots of chaos touted as 'startup culture', as if working 10 hour days is a privilege

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs to get their head out of the clouds and listen to the people below them at all levels. At least pretend you hear us.
