The leadership is extremely available and responsive, even to people in lower positions at the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

better salaries would be great - they are not bad now but more average rather than competitive.

I come in, I sit down, I do my work, get more thrown at me, realize I can't finish it all, stay late, go home.
