Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel undervalued because I'm expected to add more workload to my plate due to labor shortage without fair compensation If we're not adding more staff, we need to be paid fairly for the workload. My management team also reminds us they receive high bonuses while we don't have a fair wage
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The HR is very rude and cruel to employees.
