What are some of the best things about your team?Nice and eager people in the newer hires. 99% of the seasoned staff (there 6 years or more) are very set in their tired old ways. Your new hire packet will come via mail for you to fill out by hand & MAIL/FAX back in. This is why new fresh talent doesn't stick around. Those who say are comfortable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Absolutely everything. Hiring. Retention. Pay. Management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Diversify the client list. Historic clients are catching on and the entire success of the agency can't ride on Toyota and Mcdonald's. They annually reduce scope with Burrell and the writing is on the wall.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Have management get out of the weeds. Trust your team to do the work in a smart and strategic way. Managing arrival in the office times is toxic. White people are not the savior of your pitches and do not make you more relevant or trustworthy in the industry.
