  • Business Wire offers a great work/life balance. Unlike many agencies or outlets, no one is expected to work overtime at Business Wire. Most employees do not even have access to email outside the office! Sales/management teams are expected, however, to occasionally attend after-hours networking events or industry trade shows. These are infrequent.

  • Business Wire's vacation policy is great. New employees receive 20 days of PTO to use as sick days or vacation days and this amount increases the longer you work for the company. It is important to note that there are certain times of the year that employees cannot take time off (high volume earnings periods etc.) without previous approval from their manager. This is easy to obtain but important to remember.
