long time employee laid off after being mistreated and misled for a year in an effort to get me to quit. CEO is absent, cold and out of touch with jis key assets.

It's horrible. Management can't stop patting each other on the back, offering promotions to one another, and titles that don't exist, while the people that actually keep Business Wire humming and do the real work are paid peanuts and brushed aside. It's ridiculous.

terrible senior leadership, they give you no authority but expect full accountability. Organization does not have growth mindset, old is gold attitude when it comes to people, process, technology.
