What do you like best about your company?I am free to make my own decisions.
What are some of the best things about your team? The team generally seems to care about one another.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Congruency between expectation and practice. It's a mining and ready-mix concrete company though, so I don't expect very much.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel undervalued in part due to the lack of structure around expectations and feedback. Over or underperformance seem to be irrelevant, but I am driven to overperformance. I desire some recognition for this outside of platitudes which do not seem meaningful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team needs to be better at clearly communicating in many ways. Company culture is routinely repeated and subsequently undermined by intentional ignorance or acceptance of 'how-it-has-always-been' processes.
