What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone made me feel important.
It was very efficient with 2 interviews with the recruiter and 1 with the hiring manager. That same day of my interview I was offered the job.
The sharing of information about the position and the expectations. Some companies do not tell you up front their full expectations. CAI does and that help prospective candidates make the decision on if the opportunity will be the right fit for them.
Easy access to the recruiter who was available to answer all of my questions. I was treated with respect and the whole process was well spelled out transparently along with any expectations. My questions were answered quickly, openly and honestly with no hidden "gotchas".

Due to the pandemic and the distributed nature of my leadership team, all interviews were performed by video conference. The recruiter who contacted my did an excellent job describing the role and responsibilities and preparing me for each of the calls that I had during the interview process.

My interview was more of an open conversation that did not just revolve around my technical expertise but I felt like I was asked questions and had conversations that reflected me as a whole. I appreciated the transparency of the process and always felt that I was a priority with the recruiter.

CAI's interview process is quite different then your usual interview. As a result at first I was quite taken aback by it and felt confused. But CAI took the time to explain why they did this and how it worked and I soon felt comfortable and relaxed going into it.
