First and foremost is the fact that we are able to work remotely, due to Covid-19 (actually I would have never been able to work here with out that because of the location of the Service Desk prior to Covid-19). Also the sense that we all have each other's back and can assistance at anytime.
They focus on inclusion and diversity. There are several ERG's. LGBTQ+, Women's, Veteran's and many more. I couldn't be more proud of working for a company with a Neurodiversity Division. CAI is all heart.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Almost everything! Starting with making sure competent people are in leadership positions. There is way too much promotion of people who really are not competent to be leaders. Hold leadership accountable for following through on the tactical side of the strategy - give direction!!
Management needs to get better aligned with each other and roadmapping future efforts timely
