Communication, vision, strategy, hiring good people - pretty much everything a leader should do.

Clarity re corporate goals, communicate goals and progress frequently to all employees, be disciplined in defining the plan and sticking with it. If it’s changing, communicate the change as proactively as possible

Leadership expects employees to constantly donate $$, but gives low pay and constantly is removing any perks. They don't remember what its like to live on less than $100k, let alone the 35k they hire at.
