- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I didn't know there would be a question for benefits before I answered about pay. I'm satisfied with my pay but not so much with the benefits. I ended up paying 2500 out of pocket this year due to a surgery. It would be nice if my bonus is added to my pay and the deductibles are not yearly.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We wish we are provided some stock options as well as a dollar to dollar match for our 401k reserve.
