What makes you most happy at work?I enjoy achieving our common goals and making our clients happy
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Able to collaborate with team mates.
What are some of the best things about your team?We learn from each other.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Improvements need to be made in salary, bonuses, 401K matching.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I didn't know there would be a question for benefits before I answered about pay. I'm satisfied with my pay but not so much with the benefits. I ended up paying 2500 out of pocket this year due to a surgery. It would be nice if my bonus is added to my pay and the deductibles are not yearly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? We wish we are provided some stock options as well as a dollar to dollar match for our 401k reserve.
