CAI Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Fair wages in the industry

Review from IT Dept

Good health insurance and 6% 401K match.

The Health & Wellness healthcare discount incentives.

Review from IT Dept

You can earn bonuses. Raises are earned, not given.

Review from Finance Dept

I am satisfied with the salary that I am given per this job and find it to worthwhile as this job also allows for extra compensation along the way.

Being a Regular W-2 reporter.

My compensation package is fair for the work that is expected of me and my years of experience. My leadership team acknowledges that some days we are underpaid and other days were are overpaid.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I believe all compensation is very fair. My only wish list item would be a few paid holidays or PTO.

Review from IT Dept

It is on par with other companies in the surrounding States.

Review from IT Dept

Retirement planning and life insurance.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Health care is most important to me.

Review from IT Dept

The 401K and Medical Benefits.

401k employer match and PTO.

They have a solid PTO package that allows for time to be taken in hours not days if needed.

Review from IT Dept

The best part is the pay!

Review from IT Dept

There is no benefits package for the part-time image verifier position.

Review from Operations Dept

The New 401K match is a great benefit enhancement.

Review from IT Dept

PTO hours are good overall, they do some 401k matching.

Review from IT Dept

Independently purchased health insurance is way too expensive

Review from Engineering Dept

Benefit prices extremely reasonable and the coverage is great.

Review from IT Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I didn't know there would be a question for benefits before I answered about pay. I'm satisfied with my pay but not so much with the benefits. I ended up paying 2500 out of pocket this year due to a surgery. It would be nice if my bonus is added to my pay and the deductibles are not yearly.

Review from Finance Dept

We wish we are provided some stock options as well as a dollar to dollar match for our 401k reserve.

Review from IT Dept

I don't feel undervalued. I am paid fairly for my role.

Review from Marketing Dept

CAI is not proactive or discussion oriented when it comes to compensation. Also Raises are tiny or non-existent when compared to recent COL changes

As a contractor on a client project, I am precluded from making my own, unmatched contributions to the company's 401k plan. Given the lack of alternative options, this essentially says 'we don't care that competitor firms offer this option, it is not worth it to us to give your role this option'

Review from IT Dept

I am a contractor not a direct employee

Review from IT Dept

A matching 401k would be a benefit.

health care is great/price/options, etc. Life, STD, LTD might as well not exist since they really are not there.

Review from IT Dept

The insurance is not the best coverage or with the most cost effective provider. I have dealt with them previously and found that compared to other Blue Cross franchises they tend to give less and cost more. We do not receive equity nor 401K matching which are now industry standards.

Review from Admin Dept

would appreciate a match program for the 401k as we currently do not have one.

To be fair, I think almost anyone who started in a position before the pandemic is probably a bit undervalued as compared to more recent hires.

Review from IT Dept

I do not feel undervalued. However, the health benefits could be better and the company could consider adding a 401k match.

Higher salaries, no on-call, and 401k match

No 401k and a raise would be nice as I am one of the top performers.

They pay as low as they can for industry standards and yet can dig up thousands if you are about to leave (if they care). Benefits are expensive and only "good" if you are healthy.

They pay the lowest they can to stay competitive yet they are able to dig up thousands of dollars in raises if they think you are about to leave.

Review from IT Dept

I would feel better about my compensation if the company would match 401k contributions, or offer some kind of financial help towards retirement.

Review from IT Dept

I don't feel undervalued. My concern is a lack of a 401K match. It places a hardship on those planning for retirement when other organizations offer this benefit and it is standard in most companies.

Review from Operations Dept

Benefits are below industry standards. This includes cost of healthcare and no company match on 401k.

I am very fairly compensated. Its just that my company is PA based and the benefits are not a strong for me living in DC. I feel very valued.
