Everyone is willing to jump in and contribute wherever help is needed. Roles are defined and clear but, when necessary, not strictly observed.
What makes you most happy at work?
A variety of tasks -- a different day every day. Learning new stuff all the time. Working together towards a common purpose.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Extremely well rounded -- I don't feel that it lacks for anything. Good health care, great retirement planning, paid volunteerism, generous vacation allotment, and gainsharing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Met people from a variety of roles. Felt that they were not judgmental. They didn't try to trip me up during the interview. They were just looking for a skills and culture fit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Extremely collaborative while still able to make quick, decisive moves. Genuinely interested in extracting the best ideas from employees at all levels. Very humble, yet extraordinarily intelligent leadership. A culture of strong accountability mixed with a great deal of humor and support.
