Transparent and driven - they live their values.
They do a great job of bringing the best people together and enabling them to succeed. They are transparent about the good and the bad and are focused on building the company and people as much as the product.
Extremely collaborative while still able to make quick, decisive moves. Genuinely interested in extracting the best ideas from employees at all levels. Very humble, yet extraordinarily intelligent leadership. A culture of strong accountability mixed with a great deal of humor and support.
Leadership is a vital and vibrant part of the team and play an active role in the day-to-day. They manage to be bother personable and professional. They care, and yet they are very hands off, as they trust their team to do their jobs.
The leadership at Cake does a great job of hiring people and then getting out of the way and empowering them do their job!
The leadership team works very hard to balance customer satisfaction and employee happiness. I think they do a great job at both while growing the company rapidly.
