What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having autonomy and trust from our parent company
That everyone in the company brings a real contribution to the team and to the product and while everyone has their own expertise, they are all interested in learning more about what others do and happy to pitch in even without being asked.
Again, the people. Work is work. But if you can come in and work with people that you love each and every day, it's a huge life win.

The culture is one of the best parts of this job. I enjoy working with everyone in the office. Everyone is positive, supportive and appear to get along.
Flat management structure. Reflective culture.
The cross team collaboration. IT's very easy to approach anyone on any team and ask anything - whether it's learning to be more involved in that teams work or asking for help with some of your own.
