The medical benefits are comprehensive and pay well. It's a lot better than a place with a high deductible plan.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay is terrible. The compensation is horrible.

We do not have a 401K match, which is a huge detractor from our compensation. We also do not have any paid parental leave policy, despite efforts from employees to promote this.
