What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager really listens to us when we have a concern, and asks for our opinion and feedback on items.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their employees during projects and empowering them to make decisions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pretty good health, dental and vision. wish dental was better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have the same end goal in mind: we want what is best for the business, not for us nor our resume.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need to learn how each area of the company works so that we understand how it affects our work.
Figure out what our goals or objectives for the meetings are and stick to them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers work together and are there for each other.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Our management needs to understand that we are not 'just put our heads down and do our work" we were once empowered to make decisions. We had team leads. We no longer have any of these things. IT is very depressing and micromanaged.

Knowing that my coworkers are there for the business

Upper management needs to take into account how they affect the culture of the organization with their decisions.
