My direct manager really listens to us when we have a concern, and asks for our opinion and feedback on items.

We all have the same end goal in mind: we want what is best for the business, not for us nor our resume.
Need to learn how each area of the company works so that we understand how it affects our work.
Figure out what our goals or objectives for the meetings are and stick to them
Coworkers work together and are there for each other.
Our management needs to understand that we are not 'just put our heads down and do our work" we were once empowered to make decisions. We had team leads. We no longer have any of these things. IT is very depressing and micromanaged.
