What is the best part about your compensation package?

Options are provided that fit my needs

Incentive pay but it isn't a guarantee of payment therefore, would rather be compensated through the annual salary.

Retirement plan match is great. Once a year 401k added additional company bonus is awesome. Quarterly incentive program is amazing. Medical benefits are about average. Life, ltd, std, legal benefits are all great

I enjoy that strong 401 element of my total compensation, but the job does not have many perks or freebies. That may just be my department has management that does not see value in those types of things.

Flexible working environment (work from home, office is generally up to the employee with some managers being exceptions to this rule).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

individual contributors are treated like criminals. no recognition for the work we do. compensation would be fair if we didnt have to eat it with a healthy dose of distrust.

I am not paid enough for my hours and for the skills I bring. I innovate by doing fairly simple things - yet the politics and fear keep any progress from happening or ideas from being adopted. Promotions are handled politically. COLA are only given for exceptional work / political savvy.
